The message started "Telsra", and said I had to take full advantage of my benefits and directed me to a link.

Missed a call from this number, Google search revealed Title Trade Marks Law Firm. Called the number and it was Mondial, who operate a call centre on behalf of charities.

Brad called to speak with the owner, said he spoke to them a month ago in regards to upgrades. I asked for him to give me the name of who he spoke to and he gave a name of no one that worked here.

I answered the call butt didn't say anything add b waited for the caller to speak - he didn't say anything for about 10 seconds then let out an audible sigh and hung up on me, so I immediately blocked the number.
