Said they were Telstra Billing Department. Very noisy background. They knew my name. I know it is a scam from previously falling for it.

Text received from this number, purporting to be from NAB, saying that suspicious activity has been detected on my account. Rang the NAB fraud hotline, and was advised this is a possible fraud.

Was Suncorp/Aami calling about my car accident claim. I'd emailed a few days earlier with a receipt to have a taxi fare reimbursed. They were calling in relation to that and needed some additional information from me so that they could process the reimbursement.

MAY be phishing or scam. Didn't leave message and I am not calling back to allow them to verify my number. May be legit .... who knows.

I love answering these people. At 83 its the only calls I get. Family dont call unless they want something from me. Can you pick me up, I need a lift, can you look after the kids while Im at the doctors & so on. They already know not to ask for money coz i dont got none.
