A woman with a thick accent claiming to be from Telstra called at 6.20pm. I asked for whom she was calling and she couldn’t tell me, whereas a Telstra employee would have access to my name. The woman also kept calling me “maam”, which is insulting … I never asked Telstra to call me ma’am.
