Scam. Asking for help because he/she broke a phone and can’t pay due bill. Got the same message to my husband’s mob 2 years ago.

Non-english voices in background.as well as very loud bangs. Kept leaving long voicemails.

My caller ID app said this was “Foreign Affairs” but the DFAT does not use this mobile number. I ignored it.

My return SMS was blocked/failed “ not delivered”.

Yikes… a recorded message about an epidemic. Cmon on Australia and sort these scam calls. Surely in this sophisticated digital age, law enforcement or the government can do better. Don’t you care ????
