My wife received a message claiming to be from BOQ regarding a block on her Visa Debit Card and told her to ring 1300 557 272 or 'go to a branch of BOQ' to resolve the problem. The 1300 number and 'go to a branch of BOQ' certainly makes it look legit, but it is a scam because she does not have a BOQ in her name and does not leave her phone number with retail shops.

Repeated calls during the evening even just after midnight and again twice in the morning , did not answer them as I figured it was a spam .
